Why I build products
like a team sport
I'm a design strategy leader who's a facilitator at heart and a product designer by trade. I spend most of my time in the room where ambiguity gets turned into direction: running workshops with executive stakeholders, guiding research and synthesis across teams, and translating customer and market insight into a clear strategic path forward.
I believe the best products are never built by one person in isolation, they're built by teams who've actually aligned on the problem before they start solving it. Too often, "collaboration" means looping people in for feedback after the direction is already set. I do the opposite: I bring people into the room early, when the questions are still open, because the friction of different cross-functional perspectives is exactly what keeps a product honest. My job isn't to have the best answer. It's to design the process that gets the right people to it, together.
