I've spent 10+ years designing across fintech, healthcare, travel and media – specializing in deep craft and 0→1 design strategy. Today I design for payments innovation and money movement at Visa, a network of nearly 5 billion credentials worldwide. Previously, I've designed at Capital One's Innovation Lab where I helped de-risk big bets for their flagship mobile app, as well as interfaces for Johnson & Johnson's imaging tools and websites for the Smithsonian's travel arm and magazine.

I treat building products like a team sport, not a solo act. My best work happens in the room across teams – running the workshop that turns ambiguity into a shared plan, then staying close enough to make sure it actually gets built right. I'm the one who gets everyone rowing the same direction.
